I’m super excited to be featured in this month’s International Highlights Top Ten Winners Blog Hop hosted by Kylie Bertucci from Australia. I was selected to participate in this hop by finishing in the top ten of the July 2024 International Highlights with Free As A Bird Card.
Every month the theme for the International Blog Highlights is – Thank you! How appropriate. Again, a Huge Thank you for all that took the time to vote for all the entries. Remember a simple little Thank You goes a long way, especially in these times. Send out a thank you to someone that you love or that person that has just made your day! Why not make their day?
Here is my card that can be made for that very special thank you. It uses Fancy Phrases. I just started using this stamp set! I will put a supply list below. If you don't have this stamp set and punch, be sure to add it to your Wish List.
Here is a close up of the White Wash Technique. I am not sure which one I like better
This was also part of my Sketch Challenge Here is the Card Sketch that we worked with.
I decided to show a video using the White Wash Technique.
Don't forget to subscribe to my You Tube channel - You can do that by clicking here. Thank you,

Creative Inking Blog Hop - Summer Fun Whale Done
Welcome to the Creative Inking Blog Hop. This month's theme is Summer Fun. I had a hard time deciding what to do for this theme. I decided to bring up something from the past. Every Summer we used to go to Vancouver and go the the Aquatic Aquarium in Stanley Park. I used to love going through it and being amazed at all the Aquatic Life. Especially the Whales and the Turtles. This card is a reflection of those memories.
I decided to make a card using the Whale Tale Bundle and the amazing Designer Series Paper. I wanted to make a Shaker card and decided to use the Snow Globes. It definitely made the Shaker Card very easy to do. I also wanted to keep the piece that I cut out, to sit behind the globe. I like the way it turned out. Here is the card. I will give the supply list below.
And here is the one that I did in the Video
It really reminds me of the aquarium that I used to go to. You can see the shaker sequins below.
Measurements for this card are:
Pear Pizzaz: 5 1/2 x 8 ½” scored at 4 ¼”
Pretty Peacock: 4” x 5 ¼”
Whale of a Time DSP: 3 ¾” x 5”
Whisper White: Scraps
I made a quick video, showing how I made it.
Don't forget to subscribe to my You Tube Channel to be notified every time that I upload a new video. You can YouTube免费加速器.
Now why not Hop on over to Renee Kohnke's Blog and see what she has done.
And if you missed it, you can go back to Linda Bauwin's Blog.

If you would like to receive a copy of the new Annual Catalogue and you don't have a demonstrator, please email me at stampinwithdiane@telus.net to request a copy.

If your order is over $200, please do not use the Hostess Code as you'll qualify for Stampin' Rewards, but I'll still send you the tutorial.
Don't forget about the Specials this month.
For every $60 that you spend, you will get a $6 Coupon to spend from August 4 to August 31/20. What better time to get coupons.... you can redeem them for the new August - December (Holiday) Catalog.
So here is the supply list for the Shaker Card above.
I hope you enjoyed that card as much as I had fun making it. Remember to create, it is great for the Soul.

I just love doing my Stampin With Diane Card Sketches on my Facebook Group every Saturday. It is awesome the number of ladies that participate and the beautiful cards that they make.
